Washtenaw Intermediate School District partners with SIGMA VSS under the Michigan State Budget Office. According to the State, "SIGMA improves the way Michigan performs financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, payments, and business and grant opportunities. SIGMA Vendor Self Service (VSS) improves working with vendors, payees and grantees, replacing Contract & Payment Express (C&PE) and Buy4Michigan. As a vendor, you can register with SIGMA VSS and be sure to see available bids and opportunities. The site handles bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs for other member governmental agencies as well"

View ArchivesThe Washtenaw Intermediate School District is soliciting proposals for High Point School water infiltration repairs. Sealed proposals will be due on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. EST, after which time proposals will be opened and read aloud. All proposals will then be reviewed and considered.
Pre-Proposal Meeting and Walk Thru March 12, at 9am
All Bid responses to this RFP must be in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope labeled as follows: Network Electronics - FY2026 USF Bid and “March 20, 2026”. The bidder must also upload a complete electronic copy of their bid on the Triple R bidder portal no later than 2:00 PM, March 20, 2026. The bidder must contact Jeremy Flores at jeremy@triple-r.us to request access into the bidder portal for bid submission.
