Interactive Individualized Education Plan

Created: February 2021
Updated: September 2024

Deborah Hester-Washington & IEP Committee:

Jacqui Coluccy, Julie Feldkamp, Helen Harvin, Nicole Revels, Joy Taylor, Trena Tymes and Liz Westfall

This interactive IEP was created to support the writing of an IEP.  It includes hyperlinks to documents outlining the important elements to include/not include in each section of an IEP based upon Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education and IDEA. By clicking on the blue hyperlinks, you will be taken to a new document outlining that individual section of the IEP and documents that support the information discussed.

If you find a broken link or any errors please contact Jacqui Coluccy at jcoluccy@washisd.net and put “Interactive IEP” in the subject line. Please be specific to what is not working or where the error is. Thank you!

Enjoy!
